admin answers:
Find a location;
Find a premise and find out the rent of the premises…
Inform the landlord about the use of premise he might suggest against or for it… find out about rent and rates etc sign for contract when you have lined up a building team
Line up a building team when you have a plan of your saloon..
what do you need in terms of waiting area ; shapmpooing area etc
Build a big list of requirments and when you have got a place order them in…
Postpone starting the contract on the space until you have everything for your saloon…..
Source suppliers for shampooing
You need to hire staff one othe r cutter and one shampooer…
when the builder are fitting go and find people by advertising in newspapers and visiting colleges where there are
Tell the inland revenue and go on business admin training for one day
Starting a business is more about doing etc then qualifying or thinking and I recommend you bring in a partner at this stage
very difficult to do this financially and by yourself..

William asks…
Best beauty Salon in Dubai, bridal makeup, hairstyle etc.?
I am getting married in December and I want to know the best and most reasonable beauty salon in Dubai.
My friends don’t recommend freelance artists.
They had really expensive and bad experiences from Fabiola, Widaat and from freelance artists who lie about knowing make up. Please suggest the best make up for bridal in Dubai!!

admin answers:
My best suggestion is Mushkbar Beauty Salon in Dubai.
I guarantee that Mushkbar is decent, reasonable, high quality. I have lived in Dubai for over 16 years now. My sister, sisters in laws, cousins, close friends and almost every girl in my family has gone to Mushkbar and continues to go to Mushkbar. She is the most amazing, warm hearted and beautiful make up artist inside and out.
Price wise, Mushkbar is so reasonable ! Even girls who have their weddings in restaurants instead of hotels can afford Mushkbar beauty salon and the quality of make up they receive is a very high standard. Even the hairstyle and mehndi.
Mushkbar made the henna designs popular in Dubai, and I won’t talk about any other salon in it’s comparison to not degrade them but as far as freelance artists are concerned. Don’t go to freelance artists! They lie about knowing the work and know practically nothing!!!!
Also, since Mushkbar is so popular and the salon has its own name, many freelance artists are frauds and lie about being from Mushkbar. There are many beauticians and hairstylists who received their training from Mushkbar such as Khalida, Samina, Mahira, Wafa, etc. But they are too expensive personally. Plus they are okay at their work, not too talented and they are not decent.
Mushkbar the main person at the salon is a very decent, very sweet and amazingly talented beautician!!! The number to contact Mushkbar is (04) 3367067 or (04) 3344466
Like her facebook page and check out a few albums on it

Ken asks…
Can you help me with good slogan for my beauty salon called grandeur?
Can you help me with good slogan for my beauty salon called grandeur? What do you think about grandeur? I had difficult time to name it.

admin answers:
Personally I’m not to keen on grandeur because it means size. Maybe a slogan like ‘The size of your dreams doesnt matter’ or ‘Where dreams begin’. Big dreams in frend is ‘des grand reves’ with an arrow over the first e. So possibly a different name for your salon there? But grandeur if you dont know the meaning is good.
